Overview
This policy applies to iOS and macOS applications published by Quixotic Raindrop Software, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) that link to this page. Applications with separate privacy policies will link to those policies directly.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. Our applications do not include analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies. We have no servers that receive data from your device, and we have no access to information you enter into our applications.
Data Stored on Your Device
All data you enter is stored locally on your device using Apple’s frameworks. It does not leave your device except as described below under iCloud.
iCloud
Some of our applications automatically sync data to your personal iCloud account; others offer sync as an optional feature. In either case, synced data is stored in your private iCloud database, governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy (apple.com/legal/privacy), and is not accessible to us.
Some applications can create events and reminders in your iCloud Calendar and Reminders. This is done at your direction, using your own Apple account. We do not access, read, or store calendar or reminder data beyond what is necessary to perform the operation you request within the app.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store payment information. Purchase verification is handled entirely by Apple’s StoreKit framework.
Children’s Privacy
Our applications do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because we collect no data, no parental consent mechanism is required or applicable.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of our applications after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
