Overview
This policy applies to iOS and macOS applications published by Quixotic Raindrop Software, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) that link to this page. Applications with separate privacy policies will link to those policies directly.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. Our applications do not include analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies. We have no servers that receive data from your device, and we have no access to information you enter into our applications.
Data Stored on Your Device
All data you enter is stored locally on your device using Apple’s frameworks. It does not leave your device except as described below under iCloud sync and under Calendar and Reminders.
iCloud
Fritillon automatically syncs your data to your personal iCloud account, in your own private iCloud database. StudiFoca does not sync its data
between devices—what you enter stays on the device you entered it on.
In either case, synced data is stored in your private iCloud database, governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy (apple.com/legal/privacy), and is not accessible to us.
Calendar and Reminders
At your request, StudiFoca can add events and reminders to the calendar and reminder accounts your device already uses for new items. For most people that is iCloud — but if your device’s default is a Google, Outlook, or work account, that is where they will be written, and those items are then governed by that provider’s privacy policy rather than ours. We do not read or store your calendar or reminder data beyond what is needed to create the items you asked for.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store payment information. Purchase verification is handled entirely by Apple’s StoreKit framework.
Children’s Privacy
Our applications do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because we collect no data, no parental consent mechanism is required or applicable.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of our applications after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
