StudiFoca doesn’t have a calendar view. That’s a deliberate omission, not a missing feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What a calendar assumes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A calendar’s whole layout is built around a grid of days that all look the same size, whether Tuesday has one thing due or six. That works fine for scheduling meetings. It works badly for coursework, where the real question usually isn’t what date is it<\/em> but how much is actually landing on me this week, and where.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What the Agenda shows instead<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Agenda is a flat, day-by-day list \u2014 class meetings, then whatever’s due \u2014 that only shows you days with something in them, in the order they’re coming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workload heat map<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Frequency and density are exactly what a list is bad at showing at a glance, which is what the heat map is for: a week, month, or full-term view shaded by how much is due each day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A run of red days signals real crunch, not just “something’s due” \u2014 the same way a glance at a weather map tells you more than reading seven separate forecasts in a row.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seeing the shape of a term this way \u2014 where the heavy stretches actually are \u2014 is the whole point. It’s meant to be looked at once and understood, the same way a temperature map communicates faster than a table of numbers would.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
